Many were killed and trapped in Bangalore's Tower Fire

Bangalore Carlton Towers hotel : Due to Fire broke out at 4:30 pm at Bangalore’s Carlton Towers hotel five People feared dead today where many commercial offices are also there as it is near Old Airport Road. fire brigade people have been rushed immediately to the spot as soon as the fire borke out, and they are enable to say how serious it is.

A large number of people are stuck in the building. Eyewitnesses said that the rescuers were bringing down people using fire hoses down the sides.
Nearly five people have been feared killed in a major fire that broke out in Bangalore’s Carlton Towers, which houses many commercial offices and establishments, reported the Times of India, adding that the building on Old Airport Road at Domlur had been evacuated.

Report said quoting sources that eight fire tenders were rushed to the spot to quench fire which started at 4.30 pm.

Karnataka IG P S Sandhu said that the fire broke out because of an electric short-circuit, said report.
